your retreat experience includes a two-night stay at a private luxury alpine lodge, thoughtfully prepared meals, guided wellness sessions, and intentional time for rest and connection.

activities may include restorative yoga, forest bathing, a cacao ceremony, sound meditation, breathwork, and guided reflection. the final schedule will be shared with registered guests before the retreat.

who is this retreat for?

this retreat is designed for those who feel ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and step away from the demands of everyday life.

you do not need any previous experience with yoga, meditation, forest bathing, or other wellness practices. all sessions are beginner-friendly and optional.

how many guests will attend?

our retreats are intentionally small and limited to approximately 12–15 guests. keeping the group intimate allows for a more personal, peaceful, and connected experience.

are meals included?

yes. all meals provided during the retreat are included in your registration if it’s a 3 day retreat. day retreats fluctuate based on event

we will do our best to accommodate common dietary preferences and allergies when they are shared in advance. guests will receive a dietary questionnaire before the retreat.

are accommodations included?

yes. your two-night stay at the retreat lodge is included.

rooms may be shared depending on the registration option selected. specific room arrangements and available upgrades will be listed during registration.

do you offer payment plans?

yes. payment plans are available for 3 day retreats to make the retreat more accessible.

you can reserve your place with the required deposit and divide the remaining balance into scheduled payments. the full retreat balance must be paid by the final payment deadline listed during registration.

is the deposit refundable?

deposits and retreat payments are subject to the cancellation and refund policy provided during registration.

because accommodations, meals, instructors, and retreat materials are reserved in advance, payments may be nonrefundable or refundable only within a specific cancellation window. please review the full policy before registering.

can I transfer my registration to someone else?

registration transfers may be considered depending on how close the request is to the retreat date. all transfer requests must be approved in writing, and the replacement guest must complete the required forms and waivers.

is transportation included?

transportation details will be listed on the specific retreat registration page.

guests will receive the lodge address, arrival instructions, recommended driving routes, weather considerations, and carpool information before the retreat.

what should I bring?

a complete packing list will be emailed before the retreat. we generally recommend comfortable clothing, layers for changing mountain weather, sturdy walking shoes, a reusable water bottle, personal toiletries, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during quiet time.

yoga mats and other retreat materials may be provided depending on the location.

do I have to participate in every activity?

no. this retreat is an invitation, not an obligation.

you are encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own comfort level. you may choose to rest or enjoy quiet time instead of attending a session.

are the activities physically demanding?

most activities are gentle and accessible. Besides power yoga for morning revival; restorative yoga, sound meditation, cacao ceremony, and guided reflection require little physical exertion.

forest bathing may include slow walking on natural terrain. modifications will be offered whenever possible.

what is forest bathing?

forest bathing is a slow, guided practice focused on connecting with nature through the senses. it is not a strenuous hike or fitness activity.

the experience may include mindful walking, quiet observation, breathing exercises, and invitations to notice the natural environment.

what is contrast therapy?

contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between heat and cold exposure. during the retreat, this may include time in the sauna followed by a cold plunge or a brief, guided dip in the lake.

participation is completely optional, and you may choose the elements that feel comfortable for you. guidance will be provided, but guests are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace.

contrast therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. guests who are pregnant or who have heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, circulation concerns, cold sensitivity, or other medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before participating.

what is a cacao ceremony?

a cacao ceremony is a guided experience that uses ceremonial cacao alongside mindfulness, reflection, or meditation.

participation and consumption are optional. guests should disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, or medical concerns before participating.

can I attend alone?

absolutely. many guests attend retreats by themselves.

the weekend is intentionally designed to create a welcoming environment where you can connect with others while still having space for privacy, rest, and personal reflection.

can I attend with a friend?

yes. you are welcome to register with a friend.

room requests may be submitted during registration, although specific room assignments cannot always be guaranteed.

is this a therapy retreat?

no. the retreat is a wellness and educational experience and is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

our sessions are intended to support rest, mindfulness, personal reflection, and connection.

what happens after I register?

after registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your payment details and next steps.

closer to the retreat, you will receive the packing list, dietary and wellness questionnaires, required waivers, arrival instructions, retreat schedule, and other important information.

how do I reserve my place?

select your preferred registration option and complete the registration form. your place is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been successfully submitted.

space is limited, and registration may close once the retreat reaches capacity.

can I disconnect from my phone during the retreat?

yes, of course, being unplugged for 3 days and a full day…..we’re all about presence here. guests are welcome to unplug and keep their phones turned off or stored away during the retreat.

before disconnecting, you may provide your emergency contact with the venue host’s contact information. this gives your loved ones a way to reach the retreat location in the event of a genuine emergency while allowing you to be fully present during your stay.

the venue contact should be used for urgent situations only. guests may keep their own phones available at any time if they prefer.
